Technical Manager/PPE Manager To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Manager and PPE to join our dynamic, human-sized agency, known for the quality of its services and proximity to its clients. Mission: Ensure the technical management of a varied portfolio of properties and condominiums (PPE). Organize, monitor, and coordinate maintenance and repair work. Plan and oversee the interventions of companies. Organize and participate in general meetings of co-owners. Write minutes and ensure follow-up on decisions made. Manage requests from co-owners and property owners. Ensure follow-up on claims and insurance files. Ensure compliance with PPE regulations, legal standards, and safety. Be the primary contact for property owners, co-owners, and partners. Your profile: Proven experience in property management, ideally in technical and PPE. Excellent communication skills and ease in contact, rigor, and mastery of usual tools. Ideally, hold a certification in the real estate field (such as Immobase/Immotechnique). Driver's license.
