Thanks to its 800 and the H&Infirmier-ère clinicien-ne spécialisé-e (ICLS) from 80% to 100%. Thanks to its 800, the Intercantonal Hospital of Broye (HIB) fulfills a mission of acute care. Its ambition is to be a dynamic health institution, striving for excellence for the benefit of the Broye community. To strengthen the nursing teams at the treatment center (CTR) of Estavayer-le-Lac, the management of HIB's nursing is looking for a: Nurse clinician specialized (ICLS) from 80% to 100%. Your mission: The CTR has 47 beds and is organized into two sectors. Its mission is to ensure the care of adults in the Broye region (musculoskeletal and internal medicine-oncology). The service works closely with the entire medical-therapeutic team and institutional multidisciplinary actors. The nursing team is composed of about 35 EPT under the supervision of two tasks: Practice clinical care directly with patients, analyze complex care situations, and propose necessary actions. Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of nursing management. Promote evidence-based practice in the clinic for the benefit of quality, safety, and efficiency of care. Ensure supportive and empowering clinical guidance for team members. Contribute to the development of team skills, service improvement, and support changes. Define and monitor clinical performance indicators for nursing care. Participate in the implementation of institutional projects. Stimulate reflection on future projects and care. Your qualifications: You have a Master's degree in Nursing Science and, if possible, experience in the field of hospital care and/or proactive skills, your technical competencies, enable you to provide quality care. Equipped with a good sense of teamwork, you have a strong interest in the quality of care, demonstrate interpersonal skills, real clinical leadership, and excellent command of French (spoken and written), scientific English, as well as necessary tools.
