Your clinical expertise is based on data-driven advancements aimed at optimizing care and support. As a member of the CMS management team, you work closely with the center manager to lead the CMS X in providing home assistance and care. You actively contribute to health development by collaborating with teams from various CMS/Services as well as with partners in the health and social sector present in the area.Quality Management: You ensure the quality and safety of care and services, thus guaranteeing support in the process and projects: You participate in procedures and projectsPROFILEYou hold a diploma as a nurse or equivalent, supplemented by a Master's degree in Nursing Science or an equivalent qualification, with 4 years of experience in the field. Autonomy, versatility, and a strong listening capacity are part of your profile. You have a marked interest in home support and adaptability to various situations is essential. Leadership and stress management are among your strengths.
