The Médico-Psychological Center is recruiting a specialized nurse for its Entr Actes unit, which welcomes adolescents and young adults dealing with severe mental disorders and excluded from traditional systems. It offers a constructive break to help them regain confidence and gradually allow them to re-enter a meaningful life journey. The model is based on psychosocial concepts and mental health recovery. The team is organized on a multidisciplinary model.Main activities:Conduct mental health nursing assessments and care for admitted individuals at Entr Actes. Provide basic nursing care, as well as prescribed delegated medical care if necessary. Participate in the treatment plan within the multidisciplinary team.Administer medications and perform delegated medical tasks (blood draws, injections, infusions).Document care in the records and support individuals in their administrative procedures.Profile:Nursing diploma, with a CAS in mental health (or in progress) or experience in mental health care and working in an institutional setting. Ability to listen, autonomy, and capacity to manage crises. Respect for professional confidentiality and work directives.Contract: indefinite duration.
