The CMS X -Hérens-Conthey is looking for an educational social worker for the Coteaux du soleil site: A social worker at 80%. Your mission: Analyze requests, assess financial entitlements, and ensure follow-up in compliance with current legal frameworks; Support individuals in the development and implementation of social and/or professional reintegration projects; Assume the role of inter-institutional youth respondent for the region (CII youth); Actively collaborate with various partners. Profile: Bachelor's degree in social work or an equivalent qualification; Experience in social services, ideally in CMS; Knowledge of the Valais socio-health network; Strong synthesis and decision-making skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
