Sociomedical worker for the SleepIn program at 75% The canton of Geneva has adopted an ambitious prevention and risk reduction plan for crack users. To meet this challenge, Première ligne is looking for motivated individuals to participate in the development of innovative risk reduction actions for users. Première ligne is a private initiative for Risk Reduction related to drugs that includes over 85 individuals and is divided into the following programs: Le Quai 9 (welcome space) and Sleep In (night shelter with the possibility of psychosocial support), Nuit blanche, a risk reduction action related to drug use in social environments. Mission: - Welcome and distribute services to individuals frequenting the structure; - Conduct interviews upon request and carry out necessary medical-social referrals; - Provide prevention messages related to risks of AIDS, drug use, and psychotropic substances; - Provide basic care; - Desired profile: - Degree X in nursing or social work; - Willingness to work in a risk reduction context and interest in issues such as drugs, AIDS, prostitution, precariousness, social exclusion; - Experience appreciated; - Ease of contact, team spirit; - Resistance to stress and strong capacity for anticipating and providing first aid.
