The Saint-Loup Children's Home welcomes two groups of children aged 1 day to 6 years who are benefiting from child protection measures. These children are placed due to difficulties and functional issues encountered by their families. In the context of a position renewal, we are pleased to recruit, for our Saint-Loup Children's Home, a social worker at 80%.Job Description- Ensure, in collaboration with colleagues, the daily accompaniment of the group of children aged 1 day to 6 years, benefiting from child protection measures, in accordance with the defined project.- Collaborate closely with the parents and families of the children welcomed.- Propose and organize activities conducive to the proper development of the children.- Perform nursing care and daily tasks.Profile- Hold one of the following diplomas, or a title deemed equivalent: HES social worker or early childhood educator.- Ideally, have experience and continuing education in the field of childhood.- Proven ability to manage, lead, and contain groups of children with behavioral disorders.- Ability to work both alone with a group of children and to collaborate in a team.- Driver's license essential.Start date: to be agreed upon.Duration: permanent.Application: your complete file (cover letter, CV, certificates, diplomas, etc.) must be sent no later than the deadline.
