Your role

Integrated into a multidisciplinary team, you provide individualised educational support aimed at sustaining the resources of the residents, in close connection with their family and social environment.

Your tasks

• Observe, analyse and collect useful information for the follow-up of residents
• Collaborate with families, relatives and network partners
• Develop, coordinate and evaluate individualised educational projects
• Implement intervention frameworks adapted to therapeutic needs
• Promote the maintenance of achievements and daily autonomy
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary work

Your profile

• Completed and recognised Educator diploma in Switzerland (SEFRI)
• Experience in the medico-social field, a genuine interest in supporting elderly people
• Knowledge in addiction and/or CAS in psychiatry appreciated
• Ability to work in a network and multidisciplinary team
• Ease in developing and managing individualised projects
• Good command of French and common IT tools
• Knowledge of the systemic approach is an asset
• Adaptable, communicative personality, capable of self-reflection
