It promotes a positive view of people with disabilities and puts its skills at the service of their development and their inclusion in society. Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Eben-Hézer Foundation, a private, non-profit organization recognized as being of public interest. To complete the team of the RE Sector, comprising 3 living areas for residents with disabilities with associated psychological disorders and/or aging, we are looking for a social worker, ASE, ASSC or nurse at an activity rate of 60%-80%.MissionYou contribute to the well-being of the residents, ensure them the greatest possible autonomy in their journey and a living environment that meets their needs and desires. You guarantee daily support. You aim to maintain or support them in the loss of their skills according to their needs. You support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in active collaboration with the social network.Responsibilities- Develop and implement support adapted to the needs of the residents- Work in an interdisciplinary mode to respond to complex and heterogeneous situations- Provide help to residents in basic care and acts of daily life- Perform delegated care and medico-technical acts in relation to one's level of competence- Participate in the choice, implementation and organization of relaxation and leisure activities- Encourage the involvement of the resident's relatives in the development and monitoring of their individual project- Collaborate actively with internal and external networks- Ensure tasks related to the team and residentsDesired profile- Diploma in social work (HES, ES, Specialized Pedagogy), CFC in ASE or ASSC essential- Experience in supporting people with loss of autonomy and associated disorders and/or in care- Ease in teamwork and communication, organization of tasks; reliability- Interest in the development of communication tools adapted to residents suffering from language disorders, for individualized support and the regular organization of activities- Marked interest in the development of new actions- Knowledge of French and Microsoft Office programs- Driving license B desiredWork environmentWe offer the opportunity to participate in the development of a major institution, to take up challenges and, through continuous training, to develop your skills.Conditions according to the CCT in the parapublic social sector.Indefinite contract.Irregular hours, weekend work according to schedule.Start date: Immediately or to be agreed.Has this aroused your interest?Insofar as all our applications are processed electronically, we thank you for applying exclusively via the website.
