Do you have experience with children and adolescents in residential care as well as supporting their families? Are you familiar with the Vaud network, while having a sense of responsibility and initiative? Are you dynamic, flexible, creative, and able to remain calm under stress and emergencies? This position is certainly for you!

Our Mission: The Uttins home provides emergency accommodation for an initial period of 1 day to 3 months, for eight children aged 4 to 15 years. Our mission is to ensure the minor's safety, work closely with families and the placing service, and assess the feasibility of a return to the family or a medium to long-term placement.

Your Role: Support the group daily - Ensure co-educational references with a systemic approach - Participate in professional meetings - Support parental visits - Support returns to family with home interventions - Participate in a positive team dynamic.

Your Profile:

• Swiss ES, HES diploma or equivalent – SEFRI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas,
• Proven experience in family interviews,
• Ability to work both in a team and independently,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field,
• Driving licence mandatory,
• Proficiency in common IT tools with good writing skills,
• Trainer practitioner qualification is an asset.
