Sector Manager at 80% - 100%The City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a:Sector Manager at 80% - 100%Your mission / You are in charge of managing the sector and the team, defining and maintaining vertical signage and road markings, managing traffic lights, and monitoring traffic orders, as well as following up on requests related to public roads, including analysis, processing, and monitoring of decisions, and the distribution and coordination of tasks between the various internal and external stakeholders of the municipal administration. You are able to manage emergencies, prepare calls for tenders, lead and supervise construction sites, and you ensure the implementation of necessary legal and technical measures.Profile / Personal skills / You hold a diploma in civil engineering or construction management. Possessing good knowledge of the legal bases and professional standards in the field, you have experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and you master standard computer-aided design tools (preferably Cadwork and AutoCAD). Possessing interpersonal skills, a good sense of organization, and a good capacity for analysis and synthesis, you are an autonomous person with a team spirit. Experience in personnel management would be an asset.
