Today we are looking for one of our clients based in the canton of Geneva a Asbestos Removal Sector Manager M/F

Main task / mission

• Setting up the asbestos removal sector (autumn but attached to management)
• Approach and obtaining accreditations from the authorities
• Development, management and commercial follow-up of clients and agents
• Technical analysis and verification of offers
• Preparation of Public or Private Tender files
• Establishment of the remediation methodology
• Feasibility study according to company resources
• Consultations with suppliers / buyers
• Preparation of offers and price study (site visit, implementation of methodology, study management, consultation of partners, calculations ...)
• Verification of measurements and identification of real needs for proper execution of works
• Search for possible Optimisations / Variants
• Financial closure, risk analysis
• Planning of human and material resources
• Preparation and writing of schedules, technical reports, operating methods and annexes
• Transfer of information and calculation hypotheses to the execution part
• Organisation, monitoring and invoicing of sites
• Cost price analysis after completion

Profile

• Holder of a CFC or similar / Mastery of current asbestos regulations
• CFST 6503 training will be an asset
• Experience in a similar role in Switzerland Junior or Confirmed, ideally experience in a company or engineering office / expert office
• Ability to work independently, contentious and rigorous with a sense of organisation and priorities
• Decision-making and management skills with a global development vision
• Proficiency in common computer tools required Microsoft Office and BAUBIT, MS Project, AUTOCAD and Nuance Power PDF Advanced software desirable
• Team spirit, competitive spirit, initiative-taking, flexibility, perseverance
• Good interpersonal skills and integration ability
