To replace the retirement of one of our managers, the management of the Socioprofessional and Day Care Department is looking for a Sector Manager at a 100% activity rate.MissionAs a middle manager, you ensure the organization of work within our day center, which welcomes people with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders (ASD and/or complex situations), as well as social activities. You are responsible for the well-being of the beneficiaries, in particular by ensuring the implementation of individual projects. You manage human resources within the framework of institutional policies.Responsibilities- Guarantee an optimal welcome for beneficiaries by considering their needs and ensure educational and socioprofessional support.- Ensure individual and collective follow-ups as well as exchanges with families and various internal and external networks.- Guarantee a participatory mode of operation within the team and socioprofessional environment.- Organize and lead the team's human resources by ensuring proper functioning, equity, and fostering a harmonious working environment.- Guarantee compliance with the various procedures related to the management of the beneficiaries' various projects, as well as administrative management.Desired Profile- Degree (HES or ES) in the social field or MSP, supplemented by successful experience in team leadership and project management.- Mastery of good practices in supporting people in complex situations with knowledge of the PPH and its tools.- Continuing education, particularly in supervision, conflict management.- Postgraduate degree in management constitutes an asset.- Ability to develop projects and ability to bring a fresh perspective to work processes.Located in Lausanne, easily accessible by public transport, Eben-Hézer Lausanne offers you a first-rate working environment within a dynamic and competent team.
