100% Service Advisor



Your mission

As a service advisor, you are at the heart of customer relations and the smooth running of the workshop. Specifically, you:

  • Support our customers from A to Z, from appointment booking to vehicle handover
  • Schedule workshop interventions by optimising resources, deadlines and parts availability
  • Play a central coordinating role between customers and workshop managers
  • Advise customers professionally and proactively, offering solutions tailored to their needs
  • Prepare quotes and follow up repair orders through to invoicing and payment
  • Contribute to the good organisation of the service, including planning and monitoring certain team activities

Your profile

Essential:

  • Basic technical training (mechanics or related field)
  • Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organisation, rigour and ability to manage several files simultaneously
  • Good command of common IT tools
  • Positive attitude, team spirit and well-developed sense of responsibility
  • Native French speaker

Your additional assets:

  • Experience in a similar position, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector
  • Service advisor training with federal certificate
  • Commercial affinity and taste for advice
  • Category C/CE driving licence
