What awaits you
- You join our customer support team and become a specialist in our e-banking platform "VZ Financial Portal".
- You support our clients by phone for activation and login to the VZ Financial Portal.
- You advise our private clients by phone on the services of the VZ Financial Portal (banking services, savings, investments and pension provision) and inform them about our digital services.
- You identify optimisation potentials and arrange appointments for the advisors at our branches.
- Internally, you provide support to the French-speaking client advisors regarding all VZ services and the VZ Financial Portal. You also collaborate with our colleagues at the VZ Depository Bank headquarters in Zug.
- You constantly develop your knowledge and can thus provide information on all services offered, especially in the field of digital banking.
- In addition to your daily tasks, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of VZ Depository Bank by participating in internal projects.
What you bring
- A commercial education and initial experience in the banking sector.
- Possibly, you are pursuing a part-time HEG-type education.
- Professional communication skills and enjoyment in daily contact with French-speaking clients.
- A sufficiently strong command of German to communicate internally with specialised departments.
- A willingness to occasionally travel to Zurich or Zug to maintain personal contact with other specialised departments.
- An interest in digital technologies and IT in general.
