YOUR TASKS

• Welcome and advise our customers with professionalism and dynamism
• Plan and coordinate workshop appointments
• Open, monitor and close repair orders
• Ensure smooth communication between customers, the workshop and suppliers
• Guarantee precise and efficient administrative follow-up
• Monitor warranties, quotes, invoicing and customer files
• Optimise vehicle downtime
• Actively participate in customer satisfaction and loyalty

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical or commercial training in automotive, commercial vehicles or logistics
• Experience as an after-sales service advisor or in a similar role
• Very good organisational and prioritisation skills
• Comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Proactive, autonomous and positive personality
