As a Senior Project Manager Electromechanical Equipment, you lead transport infrastructure projects from the study phases through to commissioning, ensuring control of costs, deadlines, quality and risks. You coordinate the various stakeholders, supervise technical teams and contribute to the commercial development of the activity.

Our client is a major international player in engineering and consulting, specialising in infrastructure, transport, energy and complex technical systems projects. Present on large-scale national and international projects, they support their clients in the design, realisation and operation of essential infrastructures while promoting innovation, collaboration and sustainable development.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall management and leadership of multidisciplinary projects, guaranteeing compliance with cost, deadline, quality and performance objectives.
  • Manage contractual, financial and organisational aspects of assigned mandates.
  • Coordinate electromechanical systems such as electrical installations, energy, lighting, ventilation, supervision systems, industrial networks and security equipment.
  • Manage interfaces between different stakeholders: clients, operators, partner offices, companies, authorities and other parties involved.
  • Lead and support project teams composed of engineers, technicians and specialists.
  • Supervise studies, works, tests as well as commissioning phases.
  • Participate in business development through offer preparation, commercial development and client relationship management.

Candidate Profile

You match the following profile:

  • Higher education in electrical engineering, electromechanics or equivalent technical field.
  • Proven experience of at least 15-20 years in managing complex electromechanical projects, ideally in engineering or consulting.
  • Strong skills in managing multidisciplinary projects and coordinating technical interfaces.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, proactive and results-oriented personality.
  • Fluency in French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
  • You can be based in Lausanne, Geneva or Neuchâtel.
