We are looking for reinforcement in sales back office for a state-of-the-art Swiss traditional company.
Your Tasks
- Independent preparation of quotations
- Customer advice by telephone and e-mail
- Order entry
- Key account support in cooperation with the field sales team
- Technical clarifications for special enquiries
- Master data maintenance
- Co-organisation of trade fairs
Our Requirements
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in sales back office
- French language skills are an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office products
- You are a cheerful, communicative and motivated person
