For a trading company in Hochdorf, we are looking for a person for the Sales Back Office team.
Your Tasks
- Support of assigned customers within the framework of the customer care concept
- Answer price enquiries, create standard offers and process orders
- Support sales advisors, account managers and key account managers
- Create general sales correspondence and shipping documents
- Process visit reports and maintain customer and master data
- Send samples and documentation
Our Requirements
- Commercial basic training desirable
- Professional experience in administration or sales back office
- Outgoing and communicative personality with a positive basic attitude
- High degree of independence and initiative
- Very good IT skills
- Very good German skills
- Solid oral English and French skills
