For a trading company in Hochdorf, we are looking for a person for the Sales Back Office team.

Your Tasks

  • Support of assigned customers within the framework of the customer care concept
  • Answer price enquiries, create standard offers and process orders
  • Support sales advisors, account managers and key account managers
  • Create general sales correspondence and shipping documents
  • Process visit reports and maintain customer and master data
  • Send samples and documentation

Our Requirements

  • Commercial basic training desirable
  • Professional experience in administration or sales back office
  • Outgoing and communicative personality with a positive basic attitude
  • High degree of independence and initiative
  • Very good IT skills
  • Very good German skills
  • Solid oral English and French skills
