For one of our partners, an industrial SME in the Lausanne region with an international reach, looking to complete its team, we are seeking a:
Technical Collaborator – Offers & Back Office M/F
(Fire Safety Sales Department)
YOUR TASKS
In this role within the Fire Safety Sales department, you will primarily interact with an international clientele by phone and email. Coming from a technical background, you will use your skills to manage the preparation and follow-up of offers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing customer requests, pricing and complete preparation of technical and commercial offers.
- Coordinating specific requests and forwarding them to sales engineers or production departments.
- Handling technical and administrative correspondence (updating client lists, price lists and technical datasheets).
- Creating and monitoring technical documentation tailored to customer needs.
Note: This position is 100% Back Office, with no field visits. Junior profiles with initial successful experience in offer management are also welcome!

YOUR PROFILE
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Mandatory initial technical training (technical CFC, technician or equivalent) with practical experience in offer preparation within an industrial structure.
- Good command of common IT tools, ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Native French speaker with a B2 level in English, enabling autonomous work and offer drafting in a technical context.
- Autonomy, organisational skills and ability to manage daily priorities.
- Residence near the Lausanne region.
