The department, with the help of cognitive and affective neurosciences, also ensures an academic and clinical research mission at a high level of quality.Quality teaching is also provided by the department to students as well as to doctors in the process of specializing, by sensitizing them to psychological, biological, and social dimensions. The department also supports quality training in psychotherapy.Deputy HR Manager - 80%As Deputy Human Resources Manager, you assist the HR Manager in their activities by ensuring the management of human resources for the department. You are responsible for ensuring the proper application of HR processes in files while respecting the HR policy of the institution and the rules in force. In a support and advisory role, you accompany line managers regarding the supervision of their teams and the evolution of skills needs. You advise employees and the target public delegated to you during their professional journey. You intervene in the different stages of the personnel life cycle (recruitment, mobility, departure). You support the HR Manager on complex files and enjoy working in a network and are comfortable interacting with the various internal partners in the department.You are a person endowed with a strong team spirit; you collaborate with the various HR support services (recruitment management, mobility, etc.) to guarantee quality and efficiency in the management of transversal HR processes. You demonstrate rigor and a sense of responsibility in your management. Under the supervision of your manager, and alongside a team composed of 2 deputy HR colleagues and 4 HR managers, you initiate innovative and adapted HR approaches with the development of human capital in your department as a focus. You represent the human resources function of the department in permanent commissions, working groups, transversal project teams, and ensure the replacement of the Human Resources Manager if necessary.
