We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a company based in Nyon for a 5-month assignment, overseeing the full scope of HR activities for a site of 60 employees. French and English fluency are required.Missions- Act as a HR Business Partner to senior leaders and directors, providing guidance on topics including performance, employee relations, and workforce planning- Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of all HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, contracts, changes, payroll activities in coordination with external providers, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulations (social security, pensions, etc.))- Maintain a strong understanding of Swiss labor law and HR practices, ensuring local compliance and best practices are applied- Support and coach managers on day-to-day HR matters and complex employee relations- Manage key HR processes such as salary reviews, reporting, absence tracking, and HR KPIs- Ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive and compliant work environmentProfile- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in an international environment- Strong expertise in Swiss HR (Brevet Federal or HR degree a plus)- Ability to both strategize and execute in a standalone HR role- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset- High level of discretion and reliability- Fluent in English, with good command of FrenchConditions and Benefits- Full time for 5 months. jid36a3af8aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
