As part of the development of the company [a]tekton maîtrise d’œuvre sàrl, a company of the [a]tekton sa group, we are creating the position of:

PROJECT MANAGER IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

This key role, within a rapidly growing company active in the project management of large-scale public mandates, will be responsible for leading project management, planning and construction management within a small dynamic team, supervised by experienced professionals.

Work location:

Yverdon-les-Bains with travel depending on projects

Start date:

Start date to be agreed from August 2026

Your role:

  • Lead the coordination, planning and monitor project progress accurately, ensure the flow of information and follow-up on decisions.
  • Structure the overall project schedule, coordinate tender procedures then prepare quotes and bids based on the CAN.
  • Monitor financial commitments, control contracts, amendments and verify invoice compliance; ensure financial tracking and update cost status to guarantee budget control of the project.
  • Analyse the schedule, control work progress, anticipate interventions and organise site meetings with minutes.
  • Organise the reception and closure of works, then ensure follow-up on guarantees and non-conformities.

Your profile:

  • Federal VET Diploma in a technical building field, or higher education degree in architecture or engineering, polytechnic school or other recognised qualifications. REG diploma: a plus.
  • Five years of proven experience in project management and site supervision. Good knowledge of public procurement procedures: a plus.
  • Proficiency in common management and planning software. Messerli and MSProject: a plus.
  • Fluent spoken and written French. Knowledge of German: a plus.
