With a strong family identity, we foster autonomy and, in an environment of integrating our building maintenance team composed of 9 people, we are looking for a Building Project Manager. Autonomous, you know how to demonstrate effective management of your priorities and ongoing projects and have a good sense of organization in order to work with teams.Your impact:- Receive and prioritize intervention requests via CMMS, email, or telephone- Create, plan, and track work orders until their closure- Coordinate internal and external interventions and control the quality of work- Create and update reports, photos, documents, and technical history- Manage maintenance contracts, quotes, documents, and financial tracking- Maintain and update plans, technical documentation, and building project tracking tables- Follow periodic regulatory checks and prepare files for audits or inspections- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable standards- Assist the Building Manager in procedures and regulatory monitoring- Participate in specific projects (metals, energy efficiency) in collaboration with specialists in the field and carry out site visits- Participate in on-call duty if necessaryYou make the difference if:- You hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in the building sector such as electrician, heating engineer, plumber, or a title deemed equivalent supplemented by a technician degree (ES)- You have confirmed experience in a similar function (office and field)- You master French (spoken and written) and have good knowledge of English or German- You are comfortable with basic tools (Microsoft Office) and an ERP / CMMSNext steps:If your profile matches our advertisement, please send a CV as well as a cover letter explaining how your background matches our requirements for the position.
