Specialising in the operation of a network of public rail and road transport, both urban and regional, we carry 27.5 million passengers per year across 38 lines and 293 km of network.

Traffic Management Centre Manager / Regulator
Your mission and responsibilities:
Traffic Management Centre Manager (50%):
Ensure the optimal operational level of quality and functioning of the rail and bus network by carrying out the necessary interventions with regulation managers, networks, and drivers.
Guarantee an optimal and quality level of real-time information.
Regulator (50%):
You are responsible for monitoring and regulating traffic remotely on the bus, trolleybus, funicular, and railway networks using regulation, remote control, and customer information systems.
You take all appropriate measures in the event of breakdowns, accidents, or interruptions of rail/road traffic to ensure safety and minimise the impact on passengers.
You manage advances/delays as well as disruptions and ensure connections and appropriate customer information.
Your profile:
Technical skills:
- University of Applied Sciences or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in the field
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Good knowledge of the network and transport
- Knowledge of regulation
- Train traffic controller training
- Attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate rigour and organisation
