We are looking for our future:
Within the new organisation of the Data Office, attached to the Data Governance Domain, you contribute to the development and structuring of data governance and content management practices.
In a context of digital transformation, you lead and coordinate projects related to data governance and content management, in connection with business units, IT and the Data Office. You support the various stakeholders in defining and deploying governance rules, standards and best practices for information management.
You thus contribute to the quality, traceability, documentation and enhancement of data as well as to the structuring of the information assets (documents, metadata, digital archives). You participate in document rationalisation projects and the evolution of collaborative uses in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams environments, facilitating exchanges, workshops and change management actions.
- Higher university or HES education with 3 years of experience in data governance, information management, or an equivalent field.
- Experience in activities related to data governance, document management and content management, or information governance.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects of digital transformation, document structuring or data quality improvement, in collaboration with business teams, IT and external partners.
- Good understanding of data governance principles, issues related to the information lifecycle, classification, confidentiality and document archiving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to: unite diverse stakeholders, operate in complex and cross-functional environments, support change and new uses.
- Knowledge of DMS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Teams environments as well as sensitivity to Data Catalog, MDM and Data Lineage concepts are additional assets.
