Your tasks:
? Relevant techniques:Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Smoke Extraction
? Role? Manage HVAC projects from design to completion (SIA 2 to 5), ensuring technical quality, costs, deadlines and coordination.

? Manage and coordinate projects from A to Z in the HVAC field (SIA phases 2, 3, 4, 5) with the following non-exhaustive details per SIA phase:
? SIA 2- Be able to support internal teams in monitoring SIA 2 phase studies (audit, feasibility study, etc.)
- Definition of HVAC concepts and variants, adapt deliverables according to the phase (preliminary design / design)
- Hydraulic and aerodynamic sizing
- Equipment selection
- Principle diagrams and BMS strategies
- Writing specifications and cost estimation
- Participation in technical and spatial CVSE coordination
? Management of Designers:
- organisation of internal production,
- setting the level of detail,
- technical verification of deliverables.
? Objective: develop reliable, decarbonised solutions that meet client objectives and needs.
? SIA 4 – Tender- Preparation of submissions (CFC, specifications, measurements)
- Participation in technical and spatial CVSE coordination
- Clarification of services and supply limits
- Analysis and comparison of company offers
- Recommendation for award
? Management of Designers:
- same as SIA 3,
- adjust the level of detail according to the phase,
- use internal REVIT developments for submission production, participate in their improvement as a team with the designer.
? Objective: obtain comparable offers without grey areas.
? SIA 5 – Execution- Technical site supervision (HVAC)
- Coordination with companies and representatives
- Guarantee quality and compliance of works
- Monitoring company costs and managing extras
- Organisation of commissioning, acceptance, and defect clearance
? Management of Designers:
- Updating drawing deliverables,
- Technical site support.
? Objectives: deliver a project compliant with our specifications and client expectations, ensuring operational phase performance as planned during the project phase.
? SIA 6 – Operation- Support internal teams to monitor HVAC installation operation.
- Ensure smooth project progress technically, financially and temporally
- Monitor financial indicators and ensure rigorous budget management
- Ensure document compliance according to ISO requirements
- Have detailed knowledge of the project contract (prerequisites, included and excluded services)
- Support management during acquisitions
- Organise and monitor the activity of designers and internal resources in coordination with other disciplines
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineering offices and various trades
- Manage services of contracting companies and monitor their costs
Your skills and qualifications:
✅ Essential requirements- Degree in engineering EPF/HES or equivalent in building services – HVAC
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field including at least 2 years in a Swiss engineering office
- Strong command of Swiss technical standards and guidelines
- Very good knowledge of HVAC installations and BMS
- Strong interest in energy and sustainable development
- Good interpersonal skills, organisational sense, team spirit
- Proficiency in Microsoft environments - Windows & Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Rigor and diligence at work
- Sense of responsibility, organisation and teamwork
- Good interpersonal skills and knowledge of the local market
- Mastery of Visual Basic especially for coding
- Skills in commercial refrigeration
- Very good knowledge of REVIT and BIM environments
- Experience in multi-technical project management
- Experience in construction management
- Skills in sanitary, fire safety, or building physics
- Knowledge of English or German
