The HVAC Execution Project Manager oversees all operations related to the completion of projects in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and technical plumbing, from the preparation of the offer to the acceptance of the works.

They ensure the proper technical, financial, and contractual execution of projects respecting deadlines, quality, safety, and client expectations.

Your tasks will be:

• Organise, manage and execute HVAC projects during the execution phase
• Prepare offers
• Monitor the progress of works and ensure adherence to the schedule
• Participate in site meetings
• Check the compliance of HVAC installations with standards and specifications
• Manage technical modifications and additional works
• Ensure the follow-up of commissioning and testing
• Monitor budgets and optimise project costs

Profile sought:

• Federal VET Diploma or equivalent in building heating technology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing HVAC projects during execution in Switzerland
• Strong skills in reading plans and technical diagrams
• Knowledge of HVAC standards and regulations in Switzerland
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Rigour and autonomy
• Ability to work in a team
• Good interpersonal skills
