As part of the management of technical services established to design, implement and develop urban and technical projects, we are looking for a deputy head of service.



Main role

• Lead, coordinate and develop the activities of the Domains and Buildings sectors (public building maintenance, construction, cadastre, energy, agriculture and forestry)
• Manage strategic and operational projects of the technical services (construction, renovation), from study to commissioning (public contracts, tenders, budget, technical and administrative monitoring…)
• Ensure personnel management and supervision
• Manage the administrative part of these sectors (budget, procedures, documentation, reports…)
• Facilitate interfaces with other services
• Substitute for the head of technical services as needed

Profile and skills

• Higher education in the building sector (HES engineer…) or equivalent training
• Proven experience in a position of responsibility with management of multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience in project management in the building sector (public sector experience would be a plus)
• Excellent management, leadership, communication, planning and coordination skills; strong writing skills, proficiency in IT tools
• Rigour, autonomy, availability, service-oriented and solution-focused

Working conditions and information

• Start date: 1 October 2026 or to be agreed
• Must hold a driving licence and be flexible with working hours
