Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
This position represents a key role within the structure, as the true right-hand of the Director, with central managerial responsibility, shared only with the Management, in a human-scale organisation of about 15 people.
Permanent contract - 100% rate - Daytime hours.
Production Manager (Mechanical, 15p.)
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a die maker, polymechanic or equivalent technical training
- Proven experience in stamping/pressing and good understanding of CNC machining, ideally turning
- Knowledge in manufacturing, maintenance and monitoring of tooling
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Field-oriented person, organised, capable of problem-solving and process improvement
- Management of the production plan and daily organisation of workshops
- Supervision and support of a team of 12-15 employees
- Management of stamping/pressing, CNC machining (turning) and inspection activities
- Operational right-hand role to management and monitoring of priorities
- Resolution of technical field issues and support to teams during start-ups
- Optimisation of flows, production methods and correction of malfunctions
- Management, monitoring and ordering of tooling necessary for production
- Monitoring quality, deadlines, safety and workshop performance
