What you will achieve
- Manage the production activities of your sector ensuring deadlines, quality, and food safety are met.
- Supervise, support and develop the skills of your teams to achieve the set performance objectives.
- Plan resources and staffing according to activity while ensuring effective management of absences and schedules.
- Lead the shopfloors and monitor key performance indicators to optimise productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure the application of hygiene, safety, quality and sustainability standards within your sector.
- Actively contribute to continuous process improvement and collaborate with various departments to support the company’s growth.
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
- Specialisation: Vocational training (CFC) in the food, technical field or equivalent, ideally complemented by higher education (Federal Diploma, ES Technician)
- Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in managing production teams. Food industry: fresh products, ready meals, industrial bakery, food processing, dairy, meat, etc.
- Proven experience in managing production teams, ideally in the food industry or an industrial environment.
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments, manage production using performance indicators and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all hierarchical levels, autonomy, rigour, able to manage priorities and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of hygiene, quality, food safety and occupational safety standards.
- Aptitude to work in a refrigerated production environment and collaborate effectively with different company departments.
