To support its development and continue its quest for excellence, it is looking for a Catering Chef - Production.Job DescriptionReporting to the Executive Sous-Chef, you are responsible for the quality of gastronomic production, ensuring compliance with the establishment's standards. You coordinate production teams, optimize work methods, and ensure rigorous organization based on event activity. As a hands-on manager, you support your staff in their development, participate in recruitment and team training while fostering a positive work environment. You also ensure the control of production costs, monitoring of food costs, management of supplies and inventories, as well as compliance with HACCP standards and safety procedures.Profile SoughtHolder of a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) as a cook or an equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by higher education in hotel management, you have solid experience of at least ten years in a high-end kitchen, including several years in a management role. Organized, rigorous, and endowed with excellent organizational skills, you master cost control, project management, and the supervision of large teams. Your creativity, sense of service, leadership, and ease of communication allow you to evolve successfully in a demanding environment where production volumes are significant.
