What you will accomplish

• Place orders for goods
• Determine and plan daily work
• Lead and manage the Central Kitchen
• Personnel management
• Ensure smooth production processes
• Respect and enforce processes and procedures
• Control compliance with recipes, technical sheets, HACCP, best-before dates, production standards
• Organise and participate in inventory counts
• Product development
• Manage and follow up administrative tasks
• Monitor and analyse financial results

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
• Specialisation: CFC as a cook or equivalent training
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in large-scale food production
• Reliable and autonomous
• Natural leadership
• Stress-resistant and well organised
• Show empathy and open-mindedness
• Flexible, proactive and versatile
• Careful and conscientious person
• Team player
• Federal certificate as head chef, an advantage
• Several years of experience leading a kitchen brigade
• Proficient with common IT tools (M365), SAP an advantage
• Basic knowledge of German appreciated
• French (B1)
• German (A1)
