If you love food production, take responsibility, and want to develop people, you are in the right place.What you will do- You lead and coordinate the day-to-day business in production and ensure smooth operations.- You assign employees according to needs and ensure that production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines.- You lead your team professionally and actively support employees in their daily work.- You accompany your employees in their everyday work, promote their professional and personal development, and recognize potential in the team.- You train employees, provide professional support for new products, and assist with general administration.- You control, lead, and optimize the production area with a focus on performance improvement, waste reduction, and quality assurance.- You further develop existing processes in your area and drive continuous improvements in the area.- You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines as well as order at the workplace.- You promote appreciative, team-oriented cooperation and live our culture in the area.What you bring- Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the field of butcher, baker, confectioner, or food technologist or a comparable education.- Professional experience: You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a production environment.
