What you will achieve

• Manage a team of 15 to 25 people.
• Ensure the safety and health of employees as well as monitoring environmental impact and product quality.
• Participate in the development and skills enhancement of collaborators.
• Ensure the application of current company guidelines, particularly regarding safety, hygiene, quality and environment.
• Lead the operational meeting on site, monitor indicators, actions and participate in problem solving.
• Create standards and ensure their implementation (SDCA).
• Organise production lines according to order / shortage priorities.

What you bring

• Education: Higher education
• Specialisation: HES Engineer or ES Technician in Food Industry/Industry.
• Professional experience: 1-3 years industrial or food sector experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of LEAN tools is an asset.
• You are conscientious, autonomous, sociable, flexible and have good organisational skills.
• You are proficient with standard IT tools (MS Office, SAP).
• You are willing to work in a team on a 2x8 shift schedule (5am-3pm or 12pm-10pm) and one Saturday per month.
• Experience in the meat or packaging sector is an asset.
• You demonstrate stress resistance.
• Working in a cold environment does not pose a problem for you.
• French (B1)
