Posieux, Switzerland (and remote work) | What you can contribute- Lead and develop multi-site teams: resource management, skills development, and a quality-oriented service culture- Build site services: design and deploy models for central support, facility management, central storage, and laundry services, by defining roles, responsibilities, and cross-site standards- Manage daily service offerings: ensure availability and quality of services across all sites, measure user satisfaction, and initiate continuous improvements- Govern processes and performance: implement logistics processes (ProLeMo model), support the introduction of digital tools, and ensure flow traceability- Represent the domain and manage budgets: define budgets, negotiate contracts, and represent the domain to internal partners and federal authoritiesWhat makes you stand out- Bachelor's / Master's degree from a University of Applied Sciences in logistics, facility management, hospitality, or a related field; additional training in team management or project management (IPMA, PMP) is an asset- Several years of experience in a comparable field, with proven management experience - ideally leading decentralized teams- Leadership, team spirit, ability to challenge the status quo and persuade; you are comfortable in environments under construction and complex settings- Experience with SAP and Jira; knowledge of the ProLeMo model- Good knowledge of two official languagesIn a few wordsA rare position at the crossroads of management and service delivery.
