The Charmey ski lifts are a Fribourg-based company open to the public 280 days a year. It is a lively, stimulating environment full of challenges, which makes this job unique!Manager at 100%YOUR MISSIONSAs the conductor of the mountain, you:- Plan and steer the seasons (calendars, staff, work, logistics, your team and support the development of employees)- Ensure the proper functioning, quality, and safety of the site- Act as the link between the field and the strategies defined by management- Take over daily management in the absence of the Head of Activities and Customer ExperienceYOUR PROFILE- 5 years of experience in team management, ideally in ski lifts, or in the tourism or leisure sectors- Higher education in management, or experience deemed comparable- Technical sensitivity for infrastructure, or a real desire to develop these skills- Mastery of French; good oral knowledge of German desired; English is a plusWAY OF WORKING- You anticipate, structure, and plan with rigor- You know how to unite a team, trust, and help others progress- You remain close to the field and are capable of getting involved directly when necessary- You are ready to get involved during specific periods of a tourist activity (weekends, public holidays, and on-call duty)WE OFFER YOU- A management position with real room for action and decision-making- A committed team in an exceptional environment- A company in development, where ideas become realityApplication deadline: June 1stBecome a creator of memories too!Send us your application and/or your questions. jidebe3cefaen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
