## Job Description ##

* Lead and coordinate global payroll operations across various countries in partnership with external providers, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, audit readiness, and timely execution.
* Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related matters, manage salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, equity transactions, wage certificates, and social security declarations while monitoring vendor performance, SLAs, and operational controls.
* Manage benefits administration for employees by partnering with external providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective communication regarding benefits programs.
* Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global HRIS platform, including core HR data management, dashboards, onboarding and offboarding workflows, performance management campaigns, and compensation review cycles.
* Coordinate annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and equity grant administration while ensuring data integrity and scalable HR processes globally.
* Partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize systems and workflows.
* Lead annual compensation benchmarking activities with external survey providers such as Radford/Aon or WTW.
* Ensure the accuracy and consistency of submitted data, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights on salary positioning, bonuses, equity, and benefits to support leadership decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, US regulations, and governance standards applicable to listed companies.
* Maintain strong documentation and process traceability, support internal and external audits, safeguard confidential HR data, identify operational risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support organizational growth and international expansion.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* 8-12 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, payroll management, or related HR functions.
* Strong expertise in multi-country payroll management and global HR operations.
* Proven experience implementing and optimizing HRIS platforms and HR processes.
* Solid understanding of HR data governance, compliance, and process controls.
* Exposure to compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies, ideally with Radford/Aon or similar providers.
* Experience working within a regulated, listed, or highly controlled environment is strongly preferred.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret and challenge compensation market data.
* Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination capabilities.
* Highly detail-oriented with strong operational discipline and execution skills.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving international environments with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong systems orientation and enthusiasm for leveraging digital tools and automation to improve HR operations.
