## Job Description ##



Flow & Supply Coordination



* Build and manage short- and medium-term supply plans aligned with operational and budget constraints.
* Translate demand forecasts into delivery schedules and continuously adjust based on real conditions.
* Plan and optimise multiple simultaneous maritime movements.
* Act as a key operational interface between planning, procurement, and logistics teams.



Inventory Oversight



* Monitor inventory levels across multiple production and consumption sites.
* Consolidate operational data and maintain accuracy within internal planning systems.
* Identify gaps between planned and actual stocks and recommend corrective actions.



Logistics Execution



* Coordinate vessel scheduling with transport partners.
* Track shipments in real time and manage delays or operational incidents.
* Support rapid decision-making in case of disruptions or emergencies.



Risk & Continuity Management



* Anticipate operational risks linked to production variability or transport constraints.
* Deploy contingency plans to secure supply under crisis scenarios.
* Report incidents clearly and support management decision-making.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Individual contributor role with strong cross-functional exposure.
* 5-7 years of experience in commodities, logistics, or operational planning.
* Strong analytical skills, resilience under pressure, and ability to manage complexity.
* Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
