Our client is a family-owned business firmly established in the Swiss region, active in the field of construction. It works on technical projects, often in constrained environments, for demanding public and private clients. In a context of high activity, the company wishes to structure itself and strengthen its management. You will take responsibility for overseeing the operations. Your mission consists of ensuring the proper execution of projects, structuring teams, and providing greater clarity in a context of high activity and volume. You will have a transverse vision across all operations by managing both the sites, resources, and overall performance. Your role is to ensure a balance between workload, capacity, and priorities to secure execution and avoid bottlenecks.You are directly involved in project management, from the planning phase to their completion. You ensure that the conditions are met for smooth execution: needs, resources, progress tracking, and management of uncertainties, while providing a structured framework for daily operations. This includes clear communication with teams, precise definition of responsibilities, and establishing reliable control benchmarks. You monitor key indicators (costs, margins, productivity) and intervene when necessary to make adjustments.The role also includes a strong managerial dimension. You will support technical teams, particularly field profiles, with the goal of skill development and improvement in performance. You contribute to establishing a more homogeneous and agile operation, participate in financial arbitrations, and provide a structured overview of projects, identify risks, and contribute to coherent decision-making in a performance-oriented manner.Profile: You have confirmed experience (8 to 15 years) in the construction sector, ideally in environments related to major structural works or site developments. You have already held responsibilities in managing teams and projects, with exposure to regulatory and federal challenges. You combine a good technical understanding with the ability to structure and organize activities. You are recognized for your reliability, sense of responsibility, and ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
