On behalf of a precision mechanics and micromechanics company recognized in Geneva, to manage and develop a high-value-added CNC machining sector in a demanding technical environment focused on quality and precision, you will play a key role in technical and human management. We are looking for a: Micromechanics Manager (M/F).Responsibilities:- Manage, supervise, and optimize a CNC/micromechanics machining team.- Ensure compliance with production schedules, taking into account priorities and technical constraints.- Provide technical support for: - Definition, implementation, and monitoring of machining processes. - Technical interface with clients and suppliers.- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects (process, performance).- Provide regular reporting to production management.- Unite teams around common objectives, with a focus on quality and technical performance.Profile:- Background in micromechanics, machining, or production engineering (CFC, ES, or equivalent).- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a CNC machining team, in precision mechanics and/or micromechanics.- Excellent understanding of: - CNC machines. - (GO2cam X) tools. - Electrode erosion processes (EDM).- Good knowledge of SolidWorks.- Strong on-the-ground sense, leadership, and ability to mobilize teams.- Excellent skills in responsiveness and decision-making in a demanding environment.Does your profile match?
