Management Controller at 100% Deployed across several sites, the Lavigny Institution consists of a neurological hospital, a housing department for adults with neurological conditions, a housing department for people living with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders, a specialized education school, and a sector to strengthen the finance department team. We are looking for a Management Controller at 100%. Your missions: Develop and improve reporting and management tools Analyze variances between forecasted objectives and actual results, as well as quarterly/yearly, and prepare summaries Participate in process projects Participate in the development of the internal X system and take charge of certain controls aimed at reducing identified risks Manage, develop, and ensure the follow-up of analytical accounting and cost per case Ensure the development of the Tableau tool within the Institution with the support of the junior management controller responsible for this project Your superior: Higher School of Management or equivalent in finance A first professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a management controller position in Switzerland, ideally in the hospital or institutional field Excellent mastery of tools, particularly Excel.
