The Finance Department brings its expertise in the financial management of the company, its business activities, and its assets, as well as services that have a concrete impact on the performance of energy activities. Join us as an experienced Management Controller to support the financial management of our thermal activities within Groupe E Celsius SA. Missions:- Lead the financial management: develop and coordinate short, medium, and long-term projections, anticipate changes, and ensure the consistency of forecasts (costs, margins) to ensure the continuity and performance of the activities under management. - Monitor and analyze performance: detect discrepancies between forecasts and analyze the causes, produce reliable financial reports, and conduct specific studies (profitability, costs, WACC, RCI, etc.) to support decision-making. - Master and manage medium and long-term investment programs X with the management and support the director and their direct team in analyzing their performance, implementing corrective actions, and making tactical decisions; participate in management meetings and write summary reports for the Council. - Train and facilitate dialogue: support budget managers in management tools, establish a trusting relationship, demonstrate tact and critical thinking to promote adherence and effective management of the group's operations.
