In the context of developing our business, we wish to hire, for our headquarters in Geneva, a future Management Assistant. Job description:- Follow the aspects and technical details of the group's portfolio consisting of buildings and/or commercial properties based on the owners' instructions and internal guidelines.- Support the Manager in charge of the portfolio.- Establish leases and amendments.- Process mail.- Establish and follow up on purchase orders and quotes.- Manage and follow up on claims.- Manage telephone calls.We offer:- A diverse position within a closely-knit Group with an autonomous working team and various stakeholders from partner companies.- A pleasant working environment that meets the experience.- 4 weeks of vacation and then 6 weeks after 5 years of service.- Flexible working hours from 6:30 AM with remote work possible after the probationary period.We require:- Solid experience as a management assistant within a real estate agency.- Good knowledge of tenancy law.- Knowledge of Quorum.- Proficiency with tools.- Organized.Start date: immediately or to be agreed upon - Activity rate: 100%.
