We are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, an Assistant RH 50% Specialist in Time Management (M/F).Your mission: Ensure the management of time on the SAP software. Monitor absenteeism and schedules in the LUCCA software. Manage team changes and rolling plans (day/2x8/3x8/weekend). Manage hours to be paid for the establishment of salaries. Manage vacation contingents, jubilees, etc. Establish various HR reports. Support during the recruitment process. Writing employment contracts.Required technical skills: Specialist in time management. Very good knowledge of SAP HR is required. Knowledge of the Lucca software is desired. Good writing skills and proficiency with Windows tools.Your profile: HR Assistant or equivalent in personnel management. Previous experience of at least 5 years in Human Resources, ideally in an industrial environment. Sense of priorities, rigor, and precision. Team spirit and comfort in a solution-oriented approach, with full respect for confidentiality.Position to be filled from May. Position at 50%, Monday to Friday.
