Management of rent increases and decreases. Preparation of requests for quotes, orders, and damage assessments, follow-up on repairs and maintenance of buildings. Management and monitoring of budgets and invoices. Processing of rental places and preparation of exit statements. Creation and management of listings. Correspondence and various tasks. Your profile: Commercial vocational certificate or equivalent. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland or a commercial vocational certificate in property management. Proficiency in common office tools and the French language. Precision and ease in communication and handling significant workloads. Desire to collaborate and grow within a small team.
