Job description

Depending on the temporary assignments offered to you with our various clients, you will join the kitchen team and, under the orders of the head chefs, participate in the mise en place as well as the preparation of dishes served in the "à la carte" restaurant or for the catering and event section, in the production kitchen. You will mainly use and transform fresh, quality products which you will enhance according to the standards and recipes of the establishment. Depending on the assignments offered, you may be required to perform "live cooking" services in front of guests.

Profile sought

With a recognised training as a cook, you have at least three years of experience in high-end hotel establishments or in gastronomic/bistronomic catering. You are passionate about preparing quality dishes. Your attention to detail and your taste for innovation make you a collaborator who can truly bring added value to our various clients.
