Paralegal Jurist UAPG-CGAS for support measures (APMA) opens a position for Jurist at %L APMA X aimed at supporting the work of the Parity Inspection Commission for Enterprises (IPE). This official commission is active in monitoring the working conditions of minimum wage X for types of work, the Federal Labour Law, along with the parity commissions of collective labor agreements and the cantonal office for inspection and labor. The open jurist position is support for the 32 inspectors of the activity and includes particularly the following tasks: Legal assistance for inspections carried out by IPE inspectors (mainly support for analyzing documents and legal analyses); Help with writing, proofreading, and correspondence (notification of inspection, request for compliance in case of violations); Replacement during absences. For these tasks, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile: Bachelor/Master in law or excellent mastery of Swiss labor law; Good knowledge of Swiss public labor law; Excellent command of French and strong writing skills; Enjoyment of teamwork and legal advice. For this position, APMA X offers very interesting working conditions, including flexible working hours, in a small dynamic team with varied tasks. The working conditions are set similarly to those of Geneva (jurist 1, class 18 of the salary scale). Work rate: % Type: maximum duration – until December 31. Start date: as soon as possible.
