Junior Operations Manager (m/f/d)



What you can do with us

  • Ensure the interface between Branch Management, clients and employees
  • Recruit, integrate, train, supervise and develop cleaning teams
  • Organise, plan and coordinate services across various contracts
  • Maintain a regular presence on site to ensure service quality and compliance with specifications
  • Conduct inspections, prepare inspection reports and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Maintain a trusting relationship with clients and handle requests or complaints
  • Calculation, preparation of offers and specifications
  • Actively participate in business development and acquisition of new contracts
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of your client portfolio
  • Control working hours, personnel costs and material consumption
  • Monitor the profitability of contracts under your responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Participate in continuous process improvement and operational optimisation

What you bring

  • Completed training (CFC or equivalent qualification), ideally in services, construction or technical fields
  • Proven experience in a similar role with personnel management, minimum 1 to 2 years
  • Experience in professional cleaning, Facility Management or services is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Labour Law and Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) in the cleaning sector
  • Leadership, organisational skills and sense of responsibility
  • Customer and results orientation
  • Good command of common IT tools (Microsoft Office)
  • Good command of spoken and written French, a second national language is an advantage
  • Autonomy, thoroughness and ability to manage priorities
