Your team looks forward to welcoming you!Your new responsibilities- Support in the sales phase by taking charge of contractual and commercial aspects and opening new projects in internal tools.- FIN OPS support provided in tandem with the Area OPS manager.- Analysis of Area OPS, with reporting and solution proposals to ensure growth.- Provision of training and coaching for OPS personnel.- Ensure financial support regarding the budget and management of cost centers.- Active management of opportunities and risks in collaboration with the Project Manager.- Responsibility for Contract and Claim Management, including external partners, Change-Orders, correspondence, and SIA 118 standards.- Business financing, establishment of financial plans, issuing invoices, and payment tracking.- Guarantee FRG/accounting compliance as well as data quality in systems and processes.- Preparation of financial reviews and analyses of KPIs in collaboration with the PM.- Establishment of specific and ad-hoc reports.- Demonstrated competence in project closing.Your talents and experience- Holder of a degree in management, ideally Bachelor or Master, in commerce or equivalent experience.- Confirmed experience in managing complex commercial projects (IPMA certification or higher required).- Mastery of project management tools and main digital tools.- In-depth knowledge of business development and commercial processes is essential.- Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, and proven team spirit.- Mastery of French orally and in writing, as well as good knowledge of English.- Knowledge of German constitutes a major asset.- Open-mindedness towards new technologies, notably artificial intelligence.Your benefits- 2 to 3 days/week of mobile work by default.- Reduced-price public transport subscription and opportunities for development and continuous training.- Access to pension plans for staff members.- Find all benefits here.Our corporate culture - your new work environmentThe culture at Siemens Switzerland is much more than just a work environment: it is at the heart of our daily life and the key to our success.
